Refusal of Unauthorized Email Collection

We refuse the unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses posted on this website by means of e-mail harvesting programs or other technical devices.

Please note that violations may be subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection of the Republic of Korea.

Relevant Law

Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of E-mail Addresses)

1. No person shall collect e-mail addresses from a website by using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses without the prior consent of the website operator or manager.
2. No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
3. No person shall use e-mail addresses for transmitting information while knowing that their collection, sale or distribution is prohibited under paragraphs 1 and 2.
